Thesis: "Composition-Dependent Rheology and a Microfluidic Platform for Biophysical Phenotyping of Blood."
My work focuses on understanding how the composition of blood influences its flow behaviour and mechanical properties, and developing a microfluidic platform to measure these changes in pathological conditions like sepsis and anemia. I am interested in translational research, bridging the gap between laboratory discoveries and real-world clinical applications.
Background: B.Sc. Zoology (Hons.), Institute of Science, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, 2021; M.Sc. Life Science (Zoology specialisation), NIT Rourkela, 2023; prior to the PhD, CSIR Project Junior Research Fellow at PGIMER Chandigarh (January to August 2024), on m6A RNA modification in T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
Outside research: Outside of research, I enjoy listening to music, reading books, and writing. I am also a badminton player and practice yoga regularly, both of which help me stay active, focused, and balanced. Whenever I have free time, I enjoy travelling and exploring new places, cultures, and experiences.

I am currently working on computational modelling of stenosis-induced changes in hemodynamics and their application in cerebrovascular diseases.
Background: B.Tech Biotechnology, PSG College of Technology.
Outside research: Catch me on the badminton court when I need a break or experimenting in the kitchen trying out new recipes!

I am currently working on hemodynamic analysis of aneurysm clipping pre- and post-surgery using computational models.
Background: B.Tech Biotechnology, SASTRA University.
Outside research: When I am not focusing on my studies, I love tuning into podcasts, especially ones about movies, finance, and administration. I am also a huge cricket fan, so you will often find me playing or catching a match in my free time.

Profile details to be added when the member's form arrives.

I am currently working on blood flow in porous media for diagnostic devices and its applications in improving lateral flow assays for point-of-care testing.
Background: B.Tech Electrical Engineering, Swami Keshvanand Institute of Technology.
Outside research: I am usually found on the football field, either watching a match or playing one. I also enjoy diving into history podcasts and conspiracy theories, catching a good movie, and unwinding with music.
