NB-IoT Receiver Design
We are designing ultra-low power receivers at 636MHz for IoT applications. The goal is to achieve sub 100uW power, including the oscillator and LO distribution network.

Mm-wave Phased-Array Transceiver Design
This is a MIETY sponsored project. In this, we are investigating the CMOS compatible mmwave transceiver for particular 5G FR2 band appliation. We have designed power amplifier, low noise amplifiers, T/R switch, oscillators, phase shifters and IF amplifers in 65nm CMOS.

Frequency Synthesizers
We have designed the injection-locked oscillator at 39 GHz in a 65nm CMOS process and class D oscillators for BLE applications for sub-6GHz GHz applications in 180nm CMOS.

Sub-THz Transmitter Design
This is part of a DoT-sponsored project. The aim is to design power amplifiers, multipliers, and mixer. We are currently designing a 270 GHz power amplifier in the 130 nm SiGe process for 6G applications.
