Manoj Dahal was born in Assam, India. He did his high-school (2014) and Intermediate (2016) from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Dhemaji, Assam. He obtained Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from Assam Engineering College, Guwahati Assam in 2021. He received Master of Technology degree in Smart Electric Grid from National Institute of Technology, Warangal in 2024. He also has experience of working in plant utility and maintenance sector at Bajaj Auto Ltd. Currently he is a PhD Scholar at Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati (since 2025). His research interest is in the area of Power Engineering, focused towards energy management of multiple sources–based grid and microgrid systems, incorporating renewable energy sources and energy storage technologies. Samiran Das is a PhD researcher in Power Engineering at IIT Guwahati, focusing on voltage control in distribution networks. He completed his B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from Assam Engineering College in 2023. Before beginning his doctoral studies, he spent two years (2023–2025) as an Electrical Testing and Commissioning Engineer at Tata Power, where he worked on protection systems, switchgear testing, relay configuration, and QA inspections across transmission and distribution networks.
